Return Eligibility
At Handmadeart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your art supplies purchase. You may return most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
- Package the items securely in their original packaging
- Include your original receipt or order confirmation
- Ship the items to our store address at 3447 W 8th St, Los Angeles, CA 90005
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized art supplies
- Opened paint tubes, markers, or other consumable items that have been used
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product of equal value. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
